What data we hold

When you use this site we may hold the following:

Your Steam ID and account role
Race registration details (name, Discord username, car number)
Livery uploads — name, driver name, car model, description, livery files, and screenshot
Session data stored locally in your browser to keep you logged in

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Erasure — delete your account and all associated data (see below)
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
Lodge a complaint — with your national data protection authority

To exercise any right other than deletion, contact us at speediots@protonmail.com.

Delete my account

This permanently removes your account and race registrations from our servers. Browser-stored session data will also be cleared on this device. This action cannot be undone.

To also remove liveries you have uploaded, contact us at [contact@speediots.com] and we will delete them manually.
